Trade terms

How we sell wholesale

Terms are set per account and confirmed in writing on the proforma invoice. What follows is the starting point for a first order, not a negotiating position we hide behind.

Minimum order
By value, mixed items allowedSet with your account manager on the first quotation. A first order may mix lines so you can test what sells.
Price tiers
Quoted per item, stepped by quantityWholesale prices are not published. Send a line list and we quote within two working days.
Incoterms
EXW Nam Dinh · FOB Hai Phong · CIF on requestAir freight from Ha Noi for samples and urgent pieces.
Payment
T/T deposit, balance before shipmentTerms for repeat accounts reviewed after the third order.
Samples
Catalogue sample or cast-to-drawing sampleSample cost credited against the first production order.
Lead time
21–30 days casting, plus finishing and freightThe weeks before Lunar New Year are the busiest of the year — order early or plan around them.
Documents
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin Certificate of origin issued in Vietnam against the production lot. Tell us which form your customs requires.
Exclusivity
Territory discussed case by casePrivate patterns are never cast for another buyer, with or without a territory agreement.
Faults
Re-cast or creditedPhotograph the piece as received, with the carton. We do not ask you to ship a broken casting back across an ocean.
Quotation validity
Stated on each quotationBronze moves with the metal market; we hold a quoted price for the period written on it rather than indefinitely.

On price

We do not publish wholesale prices, and no serious bronze supplier does. A casting is priced by its weight, its size, the amount of chasing it needs and the finish you choose, and the alloy itself moves with the metal market — a printed price list would be wrong within a season. What we can promise is a specific turnaround: send the list, get the numbers in two working days, with the weights and carton sizes you need to work out your landed cost.

On duties and landed cost

Import duty on Vietnamese goods has moved more than once in the past year, in the United States in particular. We deliberately publish no duty figure, because a number on a website ages badly and costs you money. Confirm the rate with your broker on the day, and ask us for the weights and the certificate of origin that support your entry.

What we will not do

  • Claim certificates we do not hold, or a factory size we do not have.
  • Cast a private pattern for a second buyer.
  • Ship a casting we know is out of tolerance and hope it passes.
