Cast bronze with relief and character
Censers, statues, plaques, lettering, vessels, hardware and fittings — work where the pattern carries detail and a human hand finishes it. Sand casting for volume, lost wax where the undercuts need it.
OEM & tooling
Most of the fear in placing an OEM order in Asia is about what happens to your pattern afterwards. We write our answer down: a private pattern is cast for you and for nobody else, it is kept on our shelf between your orders, and it is returned or destroyed if you ask.
The route from a drawing to a container
A drawing, a 3D file, photographs from several angles, or the physical piece. Give the overall height you want and say which dimension is the one that must not move.
Within two working days we say whether it can be cast as drawn, what we would change and why, and quote the tooling and the unit price at your quantities.
Wooden or resin pattern, or a 3D print taken from your file. Shrinkage, draft and feeding are added here — this is the step that decides whether the casting fills.
One piece cast and finished. Photographs from six angles, with a tape in frame, before it is shipped to you for approval.
You sign off the sample, the finish and the mark. Anything you want changed is changed on the pattern, not argued about later.
21–30 days of casting for a normal order, plus finishing. Photographs at the fettling and patina stages so colour is agreed before packing.
Dimensions, weight and colour checked against the approved sample, photographed, then foam, carton and crate. Your carton and insert card if you supply them.
What we are good at, and what we are not
Suits us
Censers, statues, plaques, lettering, vessels, hardware and fittings — work where the pattern carries detail and a human hand finishes it. Sand casting for volume, lost wax where the undercuts need it.
Does not suit us
If your part needs ±0.1 mm, a CNC shop should make it, not a village foundry. We will tell you that at the quotation stage rather than take the order and disappoint you.
Ask first
Monumental work is possible but changes the crating, the port handling and the price. Send the height and the site before you plan a budget around it.
Ask first
Lead-content or material declarations: tell us what your market demands at the enquiry stage and we will say plainly what we can support in writing, and what we cannot.
Copying other people's work
We will cast your design, your customer's design, or a traditional pattern. We will not copy a piece that is plainly another company's protected design and put your mark on it — if that is the brief, say so early and we will decline early.
Tell us sizes, finishes and quantities. We answer with unit prices EXW Nam Dinh and FOB Hai Phong, weights, carton sizes and a lead time you can put in front of your own customer.
