Become a De Nhat Dinh Bronze partner

We work with a small number of importers, shops and brands who reorder. There is no application form and no fee: a partnership starts with an ordinary quotation and grows from orders that go well.

01 — Who we work with

Three kinds of partner

Importer or distributor

You stock and resell

You get: quotations per line with unit weights and carton sizes, mixed first orders, patterns kept for your repeats, and photographs of your own goods at fettling, patina and packing.

We need: a line list with target quantities, your market, and the Incoterm your forwarder uses.

Altar or décor shop

You sell to the household

You get: matched five-piece sets in proportion (cranes 5–7 cm taller than the censer, candlesticks 12–15 cm shorter), finishes chosen for your customers, and sets packed so they arrive whole.

We need: the sizes your customers ask for, photographs of what sells, and your season.

OEM brand

Your design, our casting

You get: a cast-to-drawing sample before production, your mark cast into the base, and private patterns that are never cast for another buyer.

We need: a drawing, 3D file or sample, the finish, and an honest estimate of annual volume.

02 — How it starts

Four steps from first message to repeat orders

  1. Send a line list

    Items, sizes, finishes and quantities, or a drawing. We quote within two working days, EXW Nam Dinh and FOB Hai Phong.

  2. Approve a sample

    A catalogue sample or a cast-to-drawing sample. The sample cost is credited against your first production order.

  3. Place a trial order

    A first order may mix lines so you can test what sells. Casting takes 21–30 days for custom work, plus finishing and freight.

  4. Reorder

    Your patterns stay at the foundry, so repeats are faster and match the first lot. Terms for repeat accounts are reviewed after the third order.

Territory
Discussed after repeat ordersWe do not promise exclusivity to a first order. Once there is a track record, territory is discussed case by case and written down.
Private designs
Never sold to anyone elsePatterns made for you are cast only for you, with or without a territory agreement.
Prices
Quoted per item, never publishedStepped by quantity and held for the period written on the quotation.
Certificates
No BSCI or ISO auditWe say so up front. What we check instead is on the quality control page.
